Assess Intervention Impact: Evaluate the extent to which the digital connectivity interventions, including broadband, mobile connectivity, and digital inclusion programmes, have successfully achieved the targeted outcomes, such as reducing digital exclusion and enhancing regional productivity. 2. Long-term Economic Impacts: Measure the interventions' contributions to economic growth metrics, focusing on Gross Value Added (GVA) and other productivity indicators. 3. Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct surveys, interviews and baseline comparisons to gather quantitative and qualitative data for impact analysis.",
