This in turn will result in safer drivers and a safer network and specifically contribute to \"Improving safety for all\". Target outcomes for this project are as follows: - A reduction in incidents and KSIs on the network relating to commercial vehicle drivers. - A reduction in non-compliant behaviour. - Improved customer satisfaction as they become less frustrated by the common behaviours attributed to commercial vehicles. - Greater awareness with commercial vehicle operators (van and HGV) of Highways England's role in supporting them in influencing driver behaviours. - Contribute to the HE goal of improving and expanding service without adding additional hardware.",
