The site is an important recreational asset for the local community in Southmoor, the Primary School is adjacent and good access by foot for the wider community. With a fully funded budget, this will be a significant investment for the Council who want to make sure the outcome is a play area that is well designed, practical for both children and carers, and with low maintenance of both surfacing and equipment over the long term.
