        "description": "York Teaching Hospital is seeking early engagement of suitable suppliers to introduce a Clinical Information system to the Intensive Care Departments with a view to providing some preliminary costs towards a Business Case. A further competitive process will follow upon approval. Suitable systems must have the following capabilities: HL7 interface capabilities to receive & process Demographics and ADT messages; be able to interface with medicines management and use Dm+d codes; interface with activities relating to Observations; provide all required ICNARC data; clinical admissions summary; electronic care plans; nursing & medical documentations; ability for on-going audits; cross-site working; provide a Discharge summary, ability to make changes to data collection items at no additional costs; user access to be role based. Additional information: Interested suppliers must in the first instance contact Elisa Winstanley to express an interest in participating in this project. Suppliers will be invited to present/demonstrate to the Clinical Team their software/systems and must be able to provide preliminary costs. Dates to be agreed. These will be included in a Business Case for submission to the Trust for approval. Once approval has been sought, the Trust will embark on an official tender process to seek a suitable supplier.",
