THE OPPORTUNITY c. PS400 million investment opportunity in central Southend-on-Sea c. 1300 new homes as part of complete estate renewal programme New commercial space, transport and public realm improvements Following Full Council approval, we are now seeking a partner/consortium to fund, develop and manage the scheme through a 30 year partnership.
