        "description": "TfL wishes to engage with the tram manufacturer and tram refurbishment market via a Market Sounding Questionnaire on different aspects relating to the potential procurement of a new fleet and prospective support arrangements or potential life extension for Tramtrack Croydon Limited. TfL is conducting feasibility work to inform its procurement strategy with a view to replacing or life extending up to 24 trams.
