The preference for the new CRM system is for it to sit within Microsoft Architecture, it must be a cloud solution that conforms to the Authority's established technical standards, specifically the application should be scalable, accessible from mobile devices, accessible to a diverse range of users, simple, easy to use and secure. The new system will allow for data integration with our partnering councils as well as providing a platform to record, report and analyse programme activities across the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) service.",
