Cavity to be argon filled to BS6206. Internally beaded only, Seal around perimeter frame with Adshead Ratcliffe, Low Module Construction Grade Sealant. Colour white, Allow to make good any disturbed surfaces including any finishes, Allow for appropriate scaffolding, High level clerestory top hung vents and all openers above 1800lm from f.f.l to be operated by Teleflex Clear-Line window winding gear in Hipca white powder coated finish comprising single 250mm vent openers and wall mounted hand operated Midi operator units with white finish conduit and drive cables, All safety glazing to be marked in accordance with B.S 6206:1981 (1994).",
