This will target the quantity of job evaluations we will be completing across all relevant grades. All SDA roles have been evaluated and placed into a grading structure using the factor comparison methodology provided by the previous supplier, and it is not our intention to re-evaluate all roles but to utilise the existing infrastructure and incorporate a methodology that will allow us to evaluate new roles and place them into the existing grading structure.",
