This tender relates to the main contract works at Cricklade Leisure Centre, as part of the Wiltshire campus programme. The works consist of asbestos removal, the refurbishment of elevations & roofs, redecoration of communal areas, new wet changing rooms & toilets, a refurbished Youth Centre, refurbished plant room & M&E overhaul and a new reception area - commencement on site is expected to begin in July 2019 and last for 12 months. The tender takes the form of an Open RfQ - potential bidders are required to complete a set of Selection Questions, a PAS91 and a Quality Questions response.
