        "description": "NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to commission a community-based musculoskeletal (MSK) service. The service will provide specialist multi-disciplinary MSK care for the registered population of Hammersmith and Fulham CCG. The service specialties that are to be included within the Service scope are: * MSK physiotherapy services; * Outpatient orthopaedic services; * Outpatient rheumatology services; and * Chronic MSK pain management services. The Service will triage, assess, diagnose, advise, treat and manage the adult population of NHS Hammersmith and Fulham CCG. The CCG anticipates awarding a contract for up to 2 years and 11 months, with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the CCG's discretion. The expected service commencement date is 1st May 2016.
