The temporary school is proposed to be situated on an existing car park, and can be provided on the allocated site area with 2 bays of accommodation, a temporary hard play area, and a car parking area. Installation and subsequent removal of modular temporary accommodation is required. Provision of associated utilities, infrastructure, groundworks, passive ICT infrastructure and FF&E will be required. Development of limited outdoor facilities and security fencing to enclose the area will also be required. Appointment of contractor will be on the basis of the criteria to be published in the tender documents, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the following split: Qualitative assessment [50%] / Quantitative assessments [50%].
