It is currently looking to add to its housing stock and is interested to hear from developers who may have 6 new build houses to offer. These houses must be built in the Borough of Corby and can have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. They must be completed and available for occupation this financial year (2018/19). Interested parties who may have such properties available are requested to send details, including location, plans and indicative price to procurement@corby.gov.uk by the notice closing date. It should be noted that this is a notice to enable Corby Borough Council to determine whether any appropriate options exist in the marketplace.
