The Supplier will be required, but not limited to, completing the following duties as the Gosport Transition Team Data Controller. 2.1. Advise DHSC, the Police and other interested parties about the legal use, sharing and retention of information relevant to Operation Magenta and the work of the Gosport Independent Panel 2.2.
