If the submission is not approved by SoS, associated staffing costs incurred for the interim period may be reconciled with identified programme underspend, any such costs will be fully substantiated and approved by the Programme Team accordingly. Additionally this amendment rectifies a typographical error the \"start date\" detailed in the previous amendment number 5. All other Terms and Conditions of this contract remain unchanged.",
