A number of success measures have been identified for EDP and the evaluation will align with these to demonstrate the outcomes and impact on supporting the talent pipeline to board at a regional level. This contract covers an evaluation of the pilot cohort and the production of an evaluation report against the stated objectives of the scheme.",
