Specialist Alcohol and Drugs Harm Reduction and Sexual Health Service for Vulnerable Populations (Part A - Sexual Health) (Part B - Specialist Harm Reduction) 3. Community Prevention, Support and Treatment Service for Young People and Young Adults who use Alcohol and Drugs The contract duration will be for 5 years with a possible extension of 2 + 2 years . The total contract value is estimated to be a maximum of PS102,274,281 over the total length of the contract (including any potential extensions). The anticipated contract start date will be 1 October 2023. This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.",
