This is part of the Youth Justice grant terms and conditions. The case management system hosts the assessments, plans, daily records and contacts, young person and family information and victim information. This data is reported in through Youth Justice Information System on a quarterly basis to the Ministry of Justice. In addition, the system enables the YOS to securely transfer relevant information including assessments through to the Youth Custody Service.
