Government figures show that a record 538,000 under-25s claimed Universal Credit in lockdown and around 700,000 young people are set to leave education and enter the job market this year. Historic England is seeking to appoint an external organisation to deliver a Wrap Around Skills and Development Training Programme for our Kickstart Gateway to deliver consistent, high quality employment support to individuals employed on work placements through the scheme.",
