The Potential Provider will be required to collect data about participating members' entries into the draws and to run the draws each month in a fair manner. The Contract will be for a two (2) year term commencing upon Contract Award. The Contract will include a two (2) month extension option for an extension up to but not exceeding 31st March 2021; this option will be taken up at the discretion of the Authority.
