The provider will collaborate with Leeds City Council officers to agree the course content to reflect the Leeds approach to working with children, young people and families. As a minimum the training offer will include; two day course to practitioners and a one day course to leaders/managers. The contractor is also likely to be asked to deliver bespoke follow up training and/or support that may include an action learning approach to ensure a sustainable approach to motivational interviewing that becomes core business. The course must be classroom based and delivered within the Leeds City Council boundary.",
