Bidders will deliver properties to the RHL Lettable Standard and associated specifications. One of Rykneld Homes main corporate objectives is to 'Set our customers up to succeed'. We take pride in delivering these values to our customers lives and as such, the quality of workmanship and the resulting finished product of our empty properties is of the highest standard. We expect our chosen contractors to operate with the same exacting ethos. Works will be structured on a call-off basis. The contracts are one year in length with potential for a further one-year extension. Each contractor will work in one of three defined geographical parts of the District (North, Central or South).",
