This will include development of the modelling for a RIS 3 programme, and provision of specialist support to expand the remit of programme for other asset classes. The purpose of this Work Package is to provide strategic advice and guidance to the Programme Director and permanent programme team in the future shaping of the programme to best enable its long-term vision. This package will form part of a phased approach during the RIS2 period.
