        "description": "The College is seeking to appoint a marketing and communications provider to assist with SME and Participant engagement with the Specialist Skills Support Programme in order to successfully achieve Programme Output targets. The Specialist Skills Support Programme is part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme 2014-2020.
