A Section 75 agreement will be in place between Devon County Council and Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group for the commissioning of some of the services in this procurement. The services included in this lot are detailed below. Emotional Health and Wellbeing: Child & Adolescent Community Mental Health Services (CAMHs) Children Looked After Nursing service Nursing and administration contribution to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) processes Children's Learning Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) SEND and Children with Additional Needs and Long Term Conditions: Nursing and Community Support to include: Community Children's Nursing (incl. specialist school nursing; Palliative care) Neuro disability and Integrated Therapies to include: Children's Speech & Language therapy (incl. Early Years Language Consultant Torbay) Children's Occupational Therapy (NHS and Social Care) Children's Physiotherapy Specialist Children's Assessment Centres Lot 2: NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group, acting as lead commissioner for Plymouth City Council seek to commission Community Health, Wellbeing and SEND Support Services for Plymouth.
