The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to deliver intensive support to vulnerable households with non-dependent children utilising multi-agency, support plans alongside assertive working methods. The initial contract period will be for 3 years extendable in increments to be agreed up to a maximum of 5 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
