The procurement initially reserved the right to award either to a single provider covering the whole stock or to two providers each covering approximately half. Following evaluation, the contract was awarded as two separate lots: Lot 1 (4,543 properties) - awarded to Gilmartins Lot 2 (4,921 properties) - awarded to MNM Property Services Limited This outcome reflects the agreed approach that one provider may only be awarded a single lot, ensuring that both Gilmartins and MNM were appointed as Newlon's partners for the delivery of these services.",
