Additionally, we operate a number of residential independent living schemes, community and service access hubs, and a portfolio of commercial premises including garage and allotment sites. We, as the need arises, shall require the services of licensed asbestos removal including a range of asbestos removal, encapsulation, treatment and disposal services to comply with our duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.",
