Employees are referred via the Wiltshire Council Occupational Health Service or through a gate-keepered self-referral procedure. Presenting issues may be work-related or non-work related and interested parties should specify areas of particular specialisms (eg bereavement, trauma, stress management etc). * Providers should be able to regularly offer availability within a 10 day period from date of referral * Providers should specify whether services can be delivered face-to-face at a suitable venue (primarily the home/base of the provider); via an online video service such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom; or both. * Providers should be UKCP accredited",
