Funding will be through grants; the applicant is expected to support the project team in obtaining grant funding and once obtained complete the building of the skatepark. If you could confirm a design is required, and evaluated at tender stage, that would be most appreciated. Response: we have used the Skateboard UK template for this tender and given the actual design work would be part of the deliverable when on contract an indicative concept to support why the expected cost would be incurred is all we would expect at this stage. We would not hold anyone to a design at this point as there is too many unknowns or funds to cover a design at this point.
