The purpose of the project is to provide modern and fit for purpose welfare facilities for all visitors to the market. This project is one of a series of schemes that will be undertaken in the market over a period of time. Market traders toilets - on successful and satisfactory completion of the public toilet scheme, the Contractor will be given the opportunity to provide a negotiated tender for the works to refurbish the traders toilet and wash-up facility within the market. At time of tendering the traders toilet facility is only at outline design stage with a budget estimate provided as a provisional sum. Site visits are a condition of tendering and dates will be published via the messaging portal.",
