        "description": "The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead as part of a 'spend to save initiative' is seeking to replace all of its existing Street Light Luminaires with LED Luminaires. At the same time it is to install a Central Management System (CMS) in order to provide information with regard to and control over lighting performance. The project is to be completed within a maximum period of 18 months or less. The Services covered by this procurement is divided into 4 Lots: - Lot 1: Supply of LED Luminaires and Lighting Design. - Lot 2: Installation of LED Luminaires and CMS Nodes. - Lot 3: Supply of a Central Management System (CMS) including design, planning, installation/commissioning, technical support and hosting. - Lot 4: Maintenance and Support Services for the Streetlighting Estate post Upgrade of Streetlights to LED. Additional information: This tender is being run via the Local Government Sourcing Portal. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
