The City Council is seeking to procure a highly experienced and skilled consultancy team to produce a Regeneration and Investment Strategy that will map out holistically the development, investment, and infrastructure opportunities (building upon the significant investments in rail, bus, cycling, walking and legibility improvements already planned) across the city centre and articulate why Liverpool is an investible proposition. It is anticipated that the work will be undertake by a multidisciplinary organisation or led by a development advisory consultancy working in partnership.",
