        "description": "Kettering Borough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced leisure management operators who can provide a leisure management service on behalf of the Council at the facilities identified below. As a part of this service, there is an ongoing requirement to improve leisure services and secure investment in existing facilities throughout the term. The Council has funded an extensive programme of refurbishment of the swimming pool in recent months.
