The highest scoring Legal Advisor shall be appointed to advise on the delivery of the \"Core Services\" and a mini-competition shall be undertaken for each additional call-off contract that may be entered into. Harlow Council is unable to guarantee the volume, value or frequency of Services that may be called-off under the terms of the Framework Agreement.",
