        "description": "The Authority wishes to establish a new framework arrangement to support the delivery of its Hard Facilities Management (FM) services, including responsive maintenance and the statutory inspection and testing of building services. The resulting framework will be titled Hard FM 2020-2024. The framework includes the provision of cyclical inspection and servicing and responsive repairs, including emergency call outs for some lots.
