The requirement is split into Lot 1 and Lot 2 as follows: ? Lot 1: 150 statutory social care reviews to be completed across the locality teams across the Borough ? Lot 2: 100 occupational therapy cases have been identified where moving and handling support is required. These cases have existing packages of support provided by two carers per call and require a review to determine if care can be safely provided by one carer, or are currently on our Discharge to Assess pathway and are in the process of assessment for a long term package of support. There may be a potential requirement for increase of the quantity of reviews required beyond those identified above.",
