The advertised value of this contract is inclusive of option to extend. The contract is only guaranteed for the initial 15-month term, with a maximum budget of PS50,000. The contract was awarded in accordance with the methodology as stated in the tender documentation as a consideration of both price (40%) and quality (60%) to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender as the awarded contractor. The bid were evaluated by a panel of Council officers and a moderation was undertaken to record the consensus score for each criterion.",
