There are approximately 350 employees across the group. We consider ourselves to have standard payroll needs. We do offer overtime pay. Most salaries are fixed. We operate a health scheme which is deducted from wages. We also operate salary sacrifice schemes for cars, bikes, childcare vouchers and appliances. We operate two different pension schemes, one being a local government pension and a DC Aviva Pensions scheme.
