The Contractor will enter into an NEC Option A Construction Contract, with the intention of novating AHR Architects and WSP Engineers. The proposed development is proportionate to the size of the site and the necessities of Torbay Council and all environmental features and constraints of the site have been carefully assessed and taken into account during the design process, so to produce a sustainable development in accordance to all national and Local Planning Policies.
