The aim of the programme is to enhance economic growth and reduce poverty, including in South East Asia. An initial scoping study revealed a range of priority thematic areas of intervention. However, a subsequent review revealed certain knowledge gaps. This targeted scoping work will assess the opportunities that lie within the programme's 5 areas of activity such that growth and associated mutual trade result.
