There is also the potential to develop and grow existing and additional complimentary services. The contractual arrangement will be a concession contract, which will grant a Provider the right to operate the provision of Bereavement Services and collect revenue, in order to repay the financing and investments costs,maintain and operate the provision and make a margin of profit.",
