        "description": "This Framework has been established to allow public sector organisations to award Contracts for Cleaning Services. The Framework will be established by means of this tender process which is designed to assess potential Suppliers. In regards to diversity of Services to be supplied the Framework will be categorised by Service type and by geographical region in order to include local Suppliers. The Specification will be divided into two LOTs: LOT 1 - Educational Cleaning Services LOT 2 - Public Sector Building Cleaning Services Additional information: This opportunity will be completed via ProContract, a site run by Proactis, the electronic tendering suite of the Kent Business Portal. Successful tenderers must ensure that they maintain their registration to the Portal at all times to ensure that they receive any subsequent mini competition requests. These instructions should be consulted in order to ensure that your response is submitted correctly. The ProContract System maintains a strict audit trail part of which gives detail as to the exact time that a response was uploaded.
