        "description": "Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to design and construct an 8-bedroom extension to the existing dwelling, together with external works at Puddlehill, Bedford Road, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, LU5 5DJ. Each unit will incorporate a kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping/living area. The contract includes design and construction of external car parking and highway junction to the development. It is intended that work will start in September 2018. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process.
