The contract will be for a primary term of five years with two optional two year extensions at the discretion of Lewisham Homes and subject to satisfactory performance of the contract and consistent achievement of our Key Performance Indicators thus taking the contract to a maximum duration of 9 years. The contract will be governed by the JCT Measured Term 2016 contract and the Lewisham Homes Schedule of Amendments superseding these where applicable.",
