The requirement is to undertake research and deliver a dataset on HFSS advertising on broadcast television and online. The requirement is to procure for a single time-limited exercise, to run from August to December 2018. The research will form an input into a government consultation due by the end of 2018. As part of the consultation process, it is envisaged that findings will be published.",
