The major elements of the works will comprise of the following: * Extension of an existing road that terminates short of the development site * Extending the existing services in the verge adjacent to the road * Extending the existing highway drainage * Placing and spreading excavated material within the site boundary * Exclusion measures at completion, concrete blockers to prevent unwanted vehicle access Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
