Over the course of the next 12 months, we want to transition to GovWifi as part of ensuring that all services are available securely directly over the internet. We believe that using the GovWifi standard will be particularly valuable to staff who work in multiple locations and ensure that we work to a common approach across buildings which are shared with other public service providers. The provision of wireless LAN at CPS sites supports the strategic digital direction of moving towards a flexible, user-centric, zero-trust environment across the CPS estate and will eventually allow the removal of most of the traditional wired network architecture and security model.",
