The publication notice number in OJ S is: 2020/S 157-384670. No suitable tenders were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication.",
