New nurses and doctors sink in each consulting room new carpets and redecoration throughout. Updating and additional power points and replacement lighting :new call button system for doctors and nurse rooms The project will be contract administered by the project architect who will also undertake the role of Principal Designer . The works are anticipated to take circa 6 -8 weeks and the contractor will be required to manage and coordinate all the works in a single contract package The appointed contractor will take on the responsibility of Principal Contractor for the project. Works are programmed to start in early October 2015",
